Confirmation Policy
Reservation shall be confirmed on the payment of the 50% advance amount by the customer. The remaining fee must be paid 10 days before the trip starts.
Payment can be made via NEFT / RTGS / Bank Transfer / Cash / Online Reservation.
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s A new confirmation voucher will be arranged, and a revised preference will be sent via email.
Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel your trek, please email us at cancle@offbeatvacation.com. No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or messages.
Cancellation charges are based on the total trek fee, irrespective of the amount paid, either full or partial.
The cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and the original start date of the trek.
If the booking is cancelled 15 days or before the trek date, then 100% of the booking amount will be refunded. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
If the booking is cancelled 7 days to 15 days or before the trek date, then 60% of the booking amount will be refunded. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
If cancellations are made 0 to 7 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
No show = No refund.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
All applicable refunds will be processed after the deduction of the transaction fee.
In case of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks.
Even if certain activities are cancelled, the organization provides the best alternative, but no refunds are provided.
If a trek/trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). No refund would be provided.

For any missed/unused services of the tour, including the meals due for whatsoever reason.

The best time for a Kashmir honeymoon is from March to October for pleasant weather, beautiful valleys, and sightseeing. Couples who wish to enjoy snowfall can visit between December and February.
Warm clothes, jackets, thermals, woollen caps, gloves, comfortable shoes, sunglasses, and personal essentials are highly recommended, especially during winter.
