  • The team will meet at Manali (the base camp) at 11 a.m. 
  • Drive from Manali to Jobra in about 1.5 hours; the distance is around 20 km. 
  • Jobra serves as the starting point for the Hampta Pass Trek at a height of 2707 meters. 
  • The trek will begin from Jobra to Chika, and after a 2–3 long trek, the team will reach Chika.
  • Chika will be the campsite for the first day of the Hampta Pass Trek. 
  • Chika is a perfect spot for trekkers to get surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks and to immerse themselves in nature’s extreme beauty. With breathtaking views, from beautiful grasslands to rocky terrain, the experiencer will experience it all.
  • Start your day with a tempting breakfast and brace yourselves for the upcoming journey from Chika (11,000 feet) to Balu Ka Ghera, covering a distance of 9 km.

  • Proceed on a downhill journey to Shea Goru towards your camping site, which is at an altitude of 3,700 m.
  • On the fourth day, commence the trek from Shea Goru to Chatru. In the Spiti Valley, both Shea Goru and Chatru are located by the river Chandra. 
  • The trek distance is around 7 km, and the duration is about 4–5 hours.
  • Encounter Lahaul Valley’s spectacular, rugged mountain landscapes, barren valleys, dramatic terrain, diverse streams, and local wildlife.
  • Drive to Chandratal Lake from Chatru in 3–4 hours. The Chandratal Lake, also known as the Moon Lake, offers a captivating view.
  • After the soothing sightseeing at Chandratal Lake, the team heads back to Chatru for camping.
  • On the final day of the trek, after having breakfast, the team moves back to Manali, where the driving distance will be around 65 km and the duration will be 5–6 hours.
  • Driving via the Atal tunnel to Manali, the team will reach Manali in the evening by 5 p.m. And this adventurous trek will end here.
