The distance from Manali to the Atal Tunnel is 25 kilometres. Exiting from the north portal of the Atal Tunnel, cross the Chandra Bridge, which is built over the Chenab River. From December to March, the Atal Tunnel is snow-clad.

Sissu: Sissu is situated 40 km away from Manali. The distance from Sissu to Chandra Bridge is 7 kilometres. It is located in the Lahaul region of Himachal Pradesh, India. 

The Chandra Bridge is built over the Chandra River that flows up to Sissu. Sissu waterfall is a popular tourist attraction. It is renowned for its ancient temples. In Sissu, snow is found only from November to April.
