If the booking is cancelled 15 days or before the activity date, then 100% of the booking amount will be refunded. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
If you cancel your booking between 7 to 15 days before the activity date, you will get a 60% refund of the total amount (or a 100% refund after deducting 10% as service charges).
If you cancel your booking between 0 to 7 days before the activity date, no refund will be given. 100% of the amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
(In some cases, a full refund may be given after deducting 10% service charges.)
