• Reservation shall be confirmed on the payment of the 50% advance amount by the customer. The remaining fee must be paid 10 days before the trip starts.
• Payment can be made via NEFT / RTGS / Bank Transfer / Cash / Online Reservation.
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s
  preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

In case you wish to cancel your trek, please email us at cancle@offbeatvacation.com. No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or messages.

• Cancellation charges are based on the total trek fee, irrespective of the amount paid, either full or partial.
• The cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and the original start date of the trek.
• If the booking is cancelled 15 days or before the trek date, then 100% of the booking amount will be refunded. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
• If the booking is cancelled 7 days to 15 days or before the trek date, then 60% of the booking amount will be refunded. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
• If cancellations are made 0 to 7 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
• No show = No refund.

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
• All applicable refunds will be processed after the deduction of the transaction fee.
• In case of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks.
• Even if certain activities are cancelled, the organization provides the best alternative, but no refunds are provided.
• If a trek/trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). No refund would be provided.
• The customer will bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). The company will not be liable.
• For any missed/unused services of the tour, including the meals due for whatsoever reason.
• If any client decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in the Itinerary or trip.
• If the services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled, or not utilized.
