Being one of the toughest treks of Kangra, the Indrahar Pass Trek is not appropriate for beginners or first-timers because of its challenging trekking routes. However, if your fitness level is up to the mark, you can choose this trek, keeping in mind all the risk factors that are involved. 

Comfortable camp stays will be given to trekkers with proper hygiene. 

Since the hike is rated as moderate to difficult, participants are advised to engage in physical activities such as jogging 4 kilometres per day, walking at a brisk pace for at least 45 minutes, or they can also join a gym to strengthen their core muscles in preparation for the Indrahar Pass Trek.
