River Rafting is not allowed below 14 years of age.
Early check-in possible on camp depends on availability.
There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption.
Smoking within the premises is allowed.
We request you to check thoroughly all the package details carefully.
All the Packages have the actual pictures of camps/Cottages/Huts. A slight difference could be there due to the season-to-season installation of tents/cottages.
No Refund, If visitors deny staying in the camps for any personal reason. We always provide the same camp and the same package as mentioned on the website/Pdf.
There would be no pickup from Camps for Rafting Activity. Visitors are requested to report at the Rafting office at Ram Jhula.
Camping companies would not be responsible for your personal belongings like mobile/camera/watch & any other.
In case of road blocking due to traffic jam, landside, storms or any other natural disaster, pandemic etc. we shall not be responsible for any refund of fare.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are based on the total Package cost, irrespective of the amount paid either full or partial. The cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and the original start date of the Camping.
If the booking is canceled 10 days or before the Camping date then 100% of the booking amount will be refunded. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
If the booking is canceled 7 days to 10 days or before the Camping date then 60% of the booking amount will be refunded.
If cancellations are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
