In case you wish to cancel your trek please email us at cancle@offbeatvacation.in. No
cancellations will be taken over phone calls or messages.
Cancellation charges are based on the total trek fee, irrespective of the amount paid
either full or partial.
The cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and the original start date of
the trek.
*If the booking is cancelled 15 days or before the trek date then 100% of the booking
amount will be refunded. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
*If the booking is cancelled 7days to 15 days or before the trek date then 60% of the
booking amount will be refunded.
*If cancellations are made 0 day to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of the
total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
*No show = No refund.
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
All applicable refunds will be done after the deduction of the transaction fee.
In case of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other
unforeseen circumstances, we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks.
Even if certain activities are cancelled, the organization provides the best alternative but
no refunds are provided.
If a trek/trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances
(like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). No refund would be
provided.
The customer will bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen
circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). The
company will not be liable.
For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason.
If any client decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in
Itinerary or trip.
If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled or not utilized
